* added gitignore for intellij files

* added mrf & codec variables to template.json

* -cluster_alias as jambonz
-datadog_key in template.json
-CloudFormation build tls certs & config based on SSM params

* -Changed codec_list to preferred_codec_list
-Changed cluster_alias to mediaserver_name
