KenandKen Rice 3b65b1bedb [Core] Change values for switch_call_cause_t to avoid SIP causecode collissions 
Update values for switch_call_cause_t in switch_types.h to avoid
sip cause code collisions that can affect continue_on_fail or
failure_causes channel variables when numeric SIP or ISUP cause codes
are used.

KenandBrian West 04df9c12f7 [mod_sofia] on call term optionally ignore Q.850 Reason 
Currently SIP termination messages with Q.850 override the SIP
reason. Add chanvar ignore_q850_reason to ignore the Q.850 reason
and keep the SIP Reason Code.

Using the chan var avoids unexpected changes in behavior.

Ken f2a7891f14 [mod_dptools] Implement disable_system_app_commands global variable to make system and bgsystem dialplan apps disabled at run time. 
adds a check on startup for global variable disable_system_app_commands. if the
global variable is set to true, the system and bgsystem dialplan apps will not
have their app_interface loaded via SWITCH_ADD_APP() leaving them effectively
disabled at run time.

This commit causes a segfault when parsing destinations that are |
delimited. This patchset needs to be tested further before inclusion
into the tree.

Ken Rice 0557e25b67 FS-9075 [Debian Packaging] #resolve freeswitch-all package rework 
the freeswitch-all package should be operationally the same as
freeswitch-meta-all it should not conflict with any other freeswitch
pacakge it should install them all via dependancy. This patch does just
that... There is probably a better way to do it, but this is needed to
avoid issues where a dep may have been added to a sub-module (say
mod_av, but it was not added to the freeswitch-all package. This will
also allow for someone to install freeswitch-all or any part there of
without forcing a deinstall of other parts of the over all FreeSWITCH
software package.

Ken Rice 0c413afccd FS-8664 #resolve add fs_cli.exe to msi so its installed. 
Tweak the wix configs to actually build a 64bit installer.
unfortunately this breaks the 32bit msi without edits to the Setup.2015
WiX configs for the 32bit temp pathes. We are looking for a solution for
this.

Add support for loading config from external json. config.json in the
base path of VC will allow over-ride of arbitrary settings and setting
of arbitrary data in the verto.data data store.

add ability to specify autologin flag in the configs.

add autocall to config.json and make it actually autocall.

additionally refactor the call function so that it will actually call
something.
