Travis Cross 5ca2276711 Remove autogenerated file from tree 
This file is specifically ignored by our .gitignore.  Brian added this
ignore on 2013-06-06 but neglected to remove the file.  I've now
bulid-tested without the file to be sure that it is indeed generated
correctly and so can be removed safely.

Travis Cross b9ff5799fe Remove freeswitch.serial from fscomm/conf 
freeswitch.serial is used by ZRTP as a ZID, so it should not be shared
between systems and definitely should not be distributed as a default
value by us.

Travis Cross 9959096559 Handle signals better with -reincarnate 
If we receive SIGTERM or SIGILL we should propagate the signal to the
child FS process.  As FS normally handles these signals, we need to
restore the handler before we refork.

FS may also add a handler for SIGCHLD; we need the default action
here instead for the parent.

When FS is given the -reincarnate flag, FS will be automatically
restarted after any uncontrolled exit.

Travis Cross b79932550f Fix memset invocation in mod_skypopen 
We were previously clearing a pointer's worth of memory rather than
clearing a full element.

This also fixes the build as gcc-4.8 catches this error.

Travis Cross 505815c902 Avoid crashing FS after delivering a VM 
When vm-storage-dir was set to an absolute path, FS would abort after
delivering a VM because we were trying to free(3) memory sitting in
the middle of a memory pool.

Travis Cross 9ae26ff50d Have modules depend on a particular version of libfreeswitch1 
At this point we never want someone running a module against a
different version of FS than the module was built for.  It's also
conceivable that you could want to use the modules with libfreeswitch1
even if you weren't running FS itself.

Travis Cross aa7c4d1f75 debian: Update -meta-all to grab all packages 
We now build unimrcp, portaudio, portaudio-stream, skypopen, b64, and
dahdi-codec, so they should be included in meta-all.  Also refactor a
bit so we install all lang and mod_say packages as well.

Travis Cross c8df04fc4b Allow setting compression level for dpkg-source 
Apparently the Raspberry Pi blows up (out of memory) if you call
dpkg-source -z9 as it implicitly calls xz -9.  Thanks to Ken Rice for
running headlong into this.

Also note that while xz takes -0, dpkg-source won't take -z0, so we
check for this and make sure we call dpkg-source correctly.

Travis Cross 89980756c4 Merge libzrtp fixes and improvements 
This brings FS's libzrtp up to date with upstream with the exception
of the changes to the cache API, the new SQLite cache backend, and
SDES support.

In particular, this merge brings in support for elliptic curve (ECC)
algorithms.

Travis Cross e09a6a3579 Make libzrtp build non-recursive 
This eliminates the recursive makefiles for libzrtp (we still
recurse to build bnlib).  Object files, library files, and
executables (including tests) are now produced in the root
directory.

Travis Cross fc40475037 Build from the root directory 
Move all the GNU build files to the root directory so that we look
like a normal *NIX-centric project.

Thanks to Viktor Krikrun for an initial patch here.  For this commit,
I ended up redoing the move from scratch to separate out this move
from other changes.

Travis Cross 79a5709362 Add debian support for installing languages 
Languages are installed at /usr/share/freeswitch/lang so that they can
be referred to by the user's configuration in /etc/freeswitch.  As a
Debian package user isn't going to have access to `make vm-sync` these
files need to be readily available somewhere.

Travis Cross f15ecbb8af Use -g3 rather than -ggdb3 for debian 
On a GNU/Linux system -g3 and -ggdb3 should produce the same result
under gcc, but clang only recognizes -g3.
