Travis Cross 175c9eebca Remove extraneous abort(3) when sending chat ...

This appears to have been accidentally added in commit
79ebcb104b which sought to provide a
mechanism for disabling Sofia's chat interface.  The abort(3) here
achieved that a bit too well.
