docs(sdk): move #10700 changelog entries to 5.29.0 unreleased

- Move "external/custom providers" (Added) and namespaced-config unwrap
  (Fixed) out of the released 5.26.0/5.25.0 blocks
- Remove the duplicated Fixed section left in 5.25.0
