chore: bump @jambonz/db-helpers to ^0.9.25

0.9.24 moved to uuid ^11.1.1 (GHSA-w5hq-g745-h8pq) and 0.9.25 dropped
the uuid dependency entirely in favor of crypto.randomUUID.
