+Prowler Cloud provides a floating **Feedback** button for sending product feedback without leaving the current page. The button opens a short free-text form and confirms when the response has been submitted.

+## Send Feedback
+
+To submit product feedback:
+
+1. Sign in to Prowler Cloud.
+2. Locate the floating **Feedback** button near the lower-right corner of the page.
+3. Click **Feedback** to open the form.
+4. Enter the feedback in the text area.
+5. Click the submit button. The button remains unavailable until the response contains text other than spaces.
+6. Wait for the confirmation message to replace the form. If no custom confirmation is configured, Prowler displays **"Thanks for the feedback!"**.

+## Dismiss the Form Without Submitting

+To close the form without sending a response, press **Esc**, click outside the form, or click **Feedback** again. Reopening the form clears any text that was not submitted.

+## Troubleshooting

+### The Feedback Button Does Not Appear
+
+The widget is available only after signing in to a supported Prowler Cloud environment. If the button is absent:
+
+1. Confirm that Prowler Cloud is open on an authenticated page. The widget is not available on sign-in or other public pages.
+2. Reload the page to request the current feedback survey again.
+3. Check whether a browser privacy extension or network policy blocks optional feedback services, then reload the page.
+4. Contact [Prowler Support](https://support.prowler.com) if the widget should be available but remains absent.
